With easy access to a spacious and bright porch dining area, the kitchen was already receiving an abundance of light and that allowed us to bring darker shades and hues into the kitchen without compromising on aesthetics.
Throughout this highly custom kitchen design, we’ve integrated the warmth of cherry wood across the entire space. The custom cherry wood cabinetry from Dakota Kitchen and Bath embraces a DK special stain, and the seating areas, hood, and flooring all match those cabinets for a cohesive design. All the gorgeous wood creates a pleasant homespun aesthetic that simultaneously feels fresh and contemporary in this highly custom kitchen.
To add complementary colors to the space, we hand-selected and installed countertop slabs and custom charcoal limestone tile backsplash. The result is a dynamic and welcoming kitchen environment that’s the ideal design for big family dinners and smaller suppers alike.
